This insight is matched by our ‘on the ground’ network of practitioners who lead major community investment portfolios and some of world’s most prominent charitable foundations.
Our human capital includes a team of highly skilled multi-disciplinary consultants that focus on delivering client work and an Advisory Board consisting of six professionals based in Australia and the United Kingdom. Phil Hayes-St Clair leads the HSC & Company Advisory Board.

Our story
The firm was established in 2008 using seed capital from investors that saw an opportunity to introduce high quality strategic advice in the fields of corporate community investment and private philanthropy.
Today, the firm’s clients include ASX200 companies, families and professional service firms who offer philanthropy services for their clients.
