Issue in focus: Prescribed Private Funds (PPF's)

Recently the Australian Treasury commenced a consultation process focused on improving the integrity of PPF's. Here are the contributions HSC & Company has made in relation to this issue.

This letter endorses Philanthropy Australia's position on the draft PAF guidelines whilst highlighting ongoing concern of impacts of other related legislative reviews on the PAF structure.

The Productivity Commission released in draft their research study findings on the contributions of the Australian non profit sector. This included a focus on improving the measurement of its contributions and on removing obstacles to maximising its contributions to society.
